Specialized Program for eating disorder recovery
Having experienced this painful journey, I know the underlying difficulties that come with this disorder. With my knowledge, acquired by my personal battle, I will take you through my steps that led me to free myself from this chronic cycle.

For a wide range of people, their eating disorder is like a ‘crutch’ they turn to in time of stress, doubt and overwhelming thoughts.
I encourage clients to reach out to me as their coach in time of difficulty rather than to their eating disorder.
Therapists and Psychotherapists don’t necessarily have the time to assist their clients with the daily, practical aspects of their recovery.
My personal story led me to specialize and attract clients who struggle with emotional eating, binge and restrict cycle, body image issues.
As a Heath Coach, I am not a replacement to a therapist but rather play the role as additional support, working jointly with my client’s treatment team.
My role is to fill a much-needed gap, between my client’s therapy sessions offering guidance and reassurance in ‘real time’ rather than waiting until their next appointment.
